The studio is located in a quiet area, 3km from the center of Limenaria about 100 m from the beautiful sandy Trypiti Beach. The area is fenced and thus provides plenty of privacy. The relaxed atmosphere of the place is completed by a number of pine trees, the shade of which will surely be appreciated by every visitor tired of sunbathing.
Accommodation
The studios are located in the middle of a green garden, there is a pleasant common sitting area with barbecue. The studios are located 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach of Trypiti, which is very popular with diving and snorkelling enthusiasts. Private parking at the studios.
Nice 2 or 3 and 4 Bed studios are situated in I. and II. floor. They are equipped with a kitchenette with fridge, stove, kettle, kitchenware, TV, wifi and air conditioning. The rooms have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.
Studios on the 1st floor have sea views and on the 2nd floor they have a partial sea view.
Beach
The bay with the picturesque sandy Trypiti beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, is located 50 m from the hotel and is very popular with lovers of diving and snorkeling. Active clients can use the volleyball court, ping pong table or sit in the beach bar. Sunbeds and umbrellas for consuming drinks. There are showers, the beach is not guarded by lifeguards, tourists take care of their own safety.
Our opinion
Accommodation in this resort is recommended for lovers of well-being, peace and romantic lounging on the beach. An ideal environment for parents´ stays with children.

Deposit of 30% - 50% from the total price of the reservation is required to confirm your reservation. The amount of the deposit is based on the time frame between your reservation and your arrival.
