Near the center of Limenaria and the beach promenade, about 400 m from the city beach. The villa is situated in a quieter street.
Position
The studios are situated in a quiet part of the resort, only 400 m from the city beach and 5 minutes walk from the center. There are several different beaches in and around the resort, the most beautiful of which is the beach in the former iron ore quarry called Metalia Beach.
Accommodation
Apartment: 4 Bed apartment (bedroom with double bed + room with 2 beds with kitchenette).
Studios: 2 Bed, 2+1, 3+1 (in studios 2+1 and 3+1 there are 2 or 3 beds + a sofa bed, which is suitable for a child up to 12 years!)
Equipment:
TV, Wifi, kitchenette with fridge, stove, electric kettle and dishes. Possibility of air conditioning for a fee 5.00 €/day. The rooms have a balcony with garden furniture. There is an outdoor seating area with a barbecue. The studios and apartment are located on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels are changed during the stay.
Beach
Just below the villa is the city beach of Limenaria, which stretches for several kilometers. It is mostly sandy, but also with pebbles. There are many beach bars and taverns on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas for consuming drinks.

Dinner - 4 course menu (appetizer, main dish, salad, dessert or fruit). Price 10.50 € / per person; 7,50 € / per child up to 12 years’ old
Main dish is being served (choice from 25 dishes). Appetizer, salad, dessert or fruit is buffet style.

Payment and cancellation policy
Deposit of 30% - 50% from the total price of the reservation is required to confirm your reservation. The amount of the deposit is based on the time frame between your reservation and your arrival.
