The villa is located in the middle of a green garden about 400m from a nice sandy beach with a very gradual entry into the sea. A hotel swimming pool is available to clients in the adjacent hotel. Possibility of grilling, common sitting. Accommodation is suitable for all ages, we recommend especially to families with children. Parking next to the villa.

Cozy 2 Bed, 3 Bed, 4 Bed Studios and a 4 Bed apartment (2 rooms, one with a kitchenette and bathroom). Situated in I. and II. floor. Each studio and apartment has its own kitchenette, fridge, hairdryer, kettle, TV, WIFI and air conditioning included in the price. The studios and apartment have a balcony overlooking the garden.
Beach
Sandy beach Skala Potamia with a very gradual entry into the sea, rent umbrellas and deck chairs for drinking. A pleasant walk (10 minutes) along the coast you can walk to the most famous beach of the island - Golden Beach.

Deposit of 30% - 50% from the total price of the reservation is required to confirm your reservation. The amount of the deposit is based on the time frame between your reservation and your arrival.
