Location
The villa is located in the middle of a green garden, there is a beach bar at a distance of 50m. Private parking is available for guests.
Accommodation
2x 2 Bed Studio is located on the ground floor, 2x 4 Bed Studio on the first floor. The studios have their own kitchenette, fridge, kettle, TV / SAT, wifi, hair dryer and air conditioning is already included in the price.
All studios have sea views. The studios have balconies with garden furniture.
Every 5 days there is a change of bed linen, cleaning and change of towels and bath towels.
Beach
The bay with the picturesque sandy Trypiti Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, is located 50 m from the hotel and is very popular with lovers of diving and snorkeling. Active clients can use the volleyball court, ping pong table or sit in the beach bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available for consuming drinks. There are showers, the beach is not guarded by lifeguards, tourists take care of their own safety.

Deposit of 30% - 50% from the total price of the reservation is required to confirm your reservation. The amount of the deposit is based on the time frame between your reservation and your arrival.
