The studios are located in a quiet area, surrounded by pine trees and a large garden. They are only 30 meters from the very popular Trypiti Beach and 3 km from the Limenaria resort.
Accommodation
2 Bed Studios with extra bed have their own kitchenette, fridge, TV / SAT, wifi, air conditioning.
The studios have balconies with garden furniture. Every 5 days there is a change of bed linen, cleaning and change of towels and bath towels.
Beach
The bay with the picturesque sandy Trypiti Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, is located 50 m from the hotel and is very popular with lovers of diving and snorkeling. Active clients can use the volleyball court, ping pong table or sit in the beach bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available for consuming drinks. There are showers, the beach is not guarded by lifeguards, tourists take care of their own safety.

Payment and cancellation policy
Deposit of 30% - 50% from the total price of the reservation is required to confirm your reservation. The amount of the deposit is based on the time frame between your reservation and your arrival.
