The ideal location of the building and the availability of several different beaches are a prerequisite for a relaxing holiday.
Position
The studios are situated in a quiet part of the Limenaria resort, only 50 meters from the sandy beach and 5 minutes walk from the center. There are several different beaches in or near the resort, the most beautiful of which is the beach in the former iron ore quarry, called Metalia Beach.
Accommodation
2-Bed, 3-Bed studios and 4 -6-Bed apartment (which has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds and second with 3 beds) + living room with sofa bed and kitchenette equipped with basic utensils (toaster, electric kettle), stove , electric oven, fridge, TV-SAT, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The apartment has air conditioning included in the price and studios extra 5.00 € / day. The studio and apartment have balconies with garden furniture. Every 5 days there is a change of bed linen, cleaning and change of towels and bath towels.
Beach
Just below the villa is the city beach of Limenaria, which stretches for several kilometers. It is mostly sandy, but it is also pebble. On the beach you can use the services of a number of beach bars and taverns, including beach chairs and umbrellas for consuming drinks.

Breakfast - buffet style. Price 7,00 € per person
Dinner - 4 course menu (appetizer, main dish, salad, dessert or fruit). Price 10.50 € / per person; 7,50 € / per child up to 12 years’ old
Main dish is being served (choice from 25 dishes). Appetizer, salad, dessert or fruit is buffet style.

Payment and cancellation policy
Deposit of 30% - 50% from the total price of the reservation is required to confirm your reservation. The amount of the deposit is based on the time frame between your reservation and your arrival.
