Location
The studios are located in a quiet part of Limenaria. From the sandy beach are only 10 meters and 5 minutes walk from the center. There are several different beaches in or near the resort, the most beautiful of which is the beach in the former iron ore quarry called Metalia Beach.
Accommodation
All studios are located on the ground floor. 2 bed studios have a double bed and studios with sea view have a double bed + sofa bed. Suitable for 3 adults.
The studios have a kitchenette equipped with basic utensils and an electric kettle, TV, hairdryer, fridge. Wi-Fi and air conditioning included. The studios have balconies or terraces with garden furniture. Cleaning, towel change and bed linen are changed every 5 days.
Beach
The Limenaria Beach is mostly sandy, but it is also with pebbles. Gradual entry into the sea. There are many beach bars and taverns on the beach, including beach chairs and parasols for consuming drinks.

Dinner - 4 course menu (appetizer, main dish, salad, dessert or fruit). Price 10.50 € / per person; 7,50 € / per child up to 12 years’ old
Main dish is being served (choice from 25 dishes). Appetizer, salad, dessert or fruit is buffet style.

Payment and cancellation policy
Deposit of 30% - 50% from the total price of the reservation is required to confirm your reservation. The amount of the deposit is based on the time frame between your reservation and your arrival.
