Tourist tax in Greece

Starting January 1, 2018, Greece introduced accommodation taxes that are required to be paid in cash directly at the lodging facility. The accommodation provider is subject to them, not the travel agency.

According to this law, the accommodation users (tourists) are required to pay taxes for staying overnight. The amount is based on accommodation’s category.

Accommodation taxes are calculated per room / per night.

This tourism tax is not included in the price of the accommodation.

The amount of accommodation taxes in individual categories:

· Apartment and studios: 0,50 € per room / per night

· 1 star hotels: 0,50 € per room / per night

· 2 star hotels: 0,50 € per room / per night

· 3 star hotels: 1,50 € per room / per night

· 4 star hotels: 3,00 € per room / per night

· 5 star hotels: 4,00 € per room / per night

Deposit of 30% - 50% from the total price of the reservation is required to confirm your reservation. We enable deposit payments in following amounts:

· 30% from the total price of the accommodation upon conclusion of the accommodation contract, if the contract is concluded 120 days and more before the beginning of the stay said in the contract. The rest of the deposit up to the 50% from the total amount of the accommodation is due 90 days before the beginning of the stay said in the contract.

· 50% from the total price of the accommodation upon conclusion of the accommodation contract, if the contract is concluded 90 days and less before the beginning of the stay said in the contract.

The rest of the payment up to the full amount of the reservation is due upon arrival of the customer to the accommodation facility.

Fantastická poloha přímo u promenády. Studia se nacházejí v komplexu hotelu Thalassies 50 metrů od moře.

Poloha

Studia jsou situovaná v komplexu hotelu hned vedle hotelového bazénu, který je hostům k dispozici. Od městské pláže jsou vzdálena pouhých 50m a 3 minuty chůze od rušného centra. V letovisku nebo jeho blízkosti je několik různých pláží, z nich nejkrásnější je pláž v bývalém lomu železné rudy zvaná Metalia Beach.

Ubytování

Všechna studia jsou situována v přízemí. 2+1 lůžková studia mají 2 samostatné postele a přistýlku. Vhodné pro 3 dospělé osoby.

Studia mají kuchyňský kout vybavený základním nádobím a varnou konvicí, TV, Wi-Fi a klimatizací, která je zahrnuta v ceně. Součástí studií jsou terasy se zahradním nábytkem. Každých 5 dní probíhá výměna ložního prádla, úklid a výměna ručníků a osušek.

Pláž

Pláž v Limenarii je z větší části písčitá, ale je také oblázková. Vstup do moře pozvolný. Na pláži můžete využít služeb řady plážových barů a taveren, nabízejících mimo jiné také plážová lehátka a slunečníky za konzumaci nápojů.
