Golden Beach
Golden Beach (Chrissi Ammoudia) Thassos: This beautiful beach is located 13 km south of the island's capital (Limenas). It is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches on the island of Thassos. It is located between Skala Panagia and Skala Potamia.
It is sandy with a gradual entry into the crystal clear sea. 2 kilometers long and surrounded by dense vegetation reaching practically to the sea. The beach and its shallow waters are ideal for children. The beautiful scenery is completed by the highest mountain of the island of Ypsarion, which rises above the bay.
Well organized beach with many typical Greek tavernas, shops, bars and other facilities. There are also car and motorbike rentals. Of course there are showers and changing cabins.
